I didn't finish my post from 8 days ago, was in the middle of posting when the food was delivered or at least for my son. I waited 5 minutes then asked the waiter if my plate was coming soon. He told me yes and that he would check with the kitchen. He didn't check back with me so i had to flag him down. He assured me that it was coming. 20 minutes after my son received his meal and ate it, they brought out my plate ( fish and chips if i remember correctly) i sent it back. Very disappointed after the exceptional service i have received the last couple of times here. Little reluctant to return.
Food quality is very important but without service, it gets thrown out the window. The waiter was friendly but he should have told me that the kitchen forgot my order and had given me another option.
