My daughter backed out of the garage a little too fast and next thing you know her drivers side mirror was laying on the floor in two pieces. We bought the replacement part on ebay and called several repair shops and received quotes from $189 - $40 to fix it. When I talked with Charles at Metropolitan Auto Body he said that they would repair it for free! I just needed to call and make an appointment and they would do it. Well a couple of weeks went by and I just never made it down there until one morning when I was already in the area for another errand I was running. I decided to head over there without an appointment and see if they would be able to squeeze me in. When I arrived there was still about half-an-hour until they opened so I just waited. 10 minutes before they opened, a gentleman pulled up and opened the front door then came back out and asked if he could help me. I explained the situation and asked if it would be possible to have them fix it today. The gentleman, named Jimmy, said just a minute, went in and got some tools and 10 minutes later my new mirror was on! Both Jimmy and Charles were so kind and helpful. I will definitely take my cars back there for any of our auto repair needs!
