The prices are decent given the condition, they typically have repaired/reupholstered any items on the floor and they're usually willing to work with you a bit on the price.
Window shopping this place on a regular basis is a lot of fun! Customer service can sometimes be hit or miss but I've never had major issues. They even helped me by driving some pieces over to my house that wouldn't fit in my car!
