Felicia is phenomenal! We've used SilverCar a few times but this was our first time using it in Las Vegas. SilverCar had just recently moved and we were renting during a big convention so it seemed to be hectic for them. Felicia picked us up from the car rental place and had such a great positive attitude. She showed us around SilverCars new location and was clearly enthusiastic about the company she works for. She is a great employee and her above and beyond customer service is what will keep us coming back.
