WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! The bus arrived early, departed early & the driver Oscar was friendly & professional. Oscar called early & stated the bus would be early & if I could make it, he would depart earlier. Furthermore, Oscar introduced himself personally & stated if I needed anything to come to him. Such a kind & polite gentleman. Also, the bus was very clean, the seats were comfortable & the ride was smooth. In a like manner, the bus station was clean, the waiting room had new chairs & the entire area was immaculate. The counter service was efficient & organized.I will only use Tufesa in the future. Excellent experience!!
