I haven't been here since I first turned 21, and I'm almost 30, but that was the scottsdale location. Ouch, sorry it's been so long!! I'm upset I haven't been back sooner.
The man and I wanted to grab some dinner before hitting the casino for some gambling, and when I turned onto Ray Rd and saw Ztejas, I was sold. I knew what I wanted to drink, obviously the chambord frozen margaritas, because that's what I remembered from my first visit. They did not disappoint!
The man wanted to order the corn bread, and it came out hot, delicious with soft butter. Yum! I wanted the shrimp guacamole tostada bites, and I wanted more of them after that first order but we decided on sharing the chicken avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries. The chicken was so hot, juicy and tender, and the flavors were on point! The sweet potato fries came out a minute after the sandwich but for good reason, FRESH!
The bartender was so nice, and kept our drinks full and is fast and efficient. Didn't catch his name, but don't loose that guy as a bartender.
