Once was enough for me. My friend and I went one day to witness an experience of food and cocktails whilst watching a nice film. I received, on random, two free tickets to a movie of my choosing. I called a friend, and we chose the dreaded Hitman film. As we arrived, there were not too many cars in the parking lot. The place was deserted for a Friday evening. I showed them my tickets and the person grabbed her manager. The manager came out and told us that Hitman did not apply to the films from which we could pick. On the ticket there were no exclusions at all as stated. She said that they had to start putting on certain exclusions due to film popularity. We could only see four films that everybody had seen that came out earlier in the summer. We complained until she begrudgingly let us in. It was her attitude that was horrible.
We went inside. The theatre smelt nasty. Midway through the movie, I went to get popcorn. I went to exit and the server stopped me. She stated that she would come right up to take our order. She never came. At the end, she apologized and asked if we wanted to leave a tip. Never before have I been so angry. We went to a different manager, and complained. She wrote us a free pass to another movie. I told her to keep them, and that we would never be back at this awful place. I will never go there again.
