For as long as I can remember I have absolutely hated going to the dentist. So when I started getting a toothache I ignored the pain for as long as I could . I found Pearly Whites through Yelp and sure enough my fellow yelpers didn't let me down! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel as thought I, the patient, mattered. I saw Dr Ben for 3 appointments total and I must say he is absolutely amazing, very kind, actually listened to my concerns , is very gentle and made sure he explained every step before we started and I was impressed by how patient he was- taking his time so my crowns were just right. He would even give me little breaks during my treatment if I needed one. The dental assistant Desiree ( Dessy) is also very nice and helpful, she gave me some headphones to use during treatment so I could listen to some music and try to mellow out. Working in health care I have seen the worst and the best and I can assure you that this office is at the top of the list. Yes, the dentist office is still a little bit scary for me but knowing that there are Dentists out there like Dr Ben has restored my faith a bit :)
