The two star review is not for the frozen yogurt itself. TCBY is excellent fro yo and will always by my favorite; however, my issue is with this particular location. My husband and I are frequent fro yo consumers and have been here several times. There is rarely anyone behind the counter when we arrive, and eventually a high school student will come out of the back to, often rudely, ring up our order. The real problem is with the children that are allowed to put their hands and faces in the toppings with little to no parental supervision and no one working the counter to supervise. On the past few occasions we have seen one child put a topping spoon directly in their mouth and the parents ignored them, followed by another child licking the sprinkles container. This one was chastised by his father, but no one told the employee, who of course wasn't watching. I don't know that I can continue going to this location after seeing these separate events. I suppose I will have to drive to quail hollow for my fro yo fix from now on.
