My boyfriend has frequented this place for just over a year now and he was always satisfied with the cut and cost. Recently, he's been getting his hair cut by a female barber at this location and the haircuts have been wildly inconsistent. Granted, it did look pretty good once, but it's never the same. He's been walking out with a new haircut every time, the most recent of which was downright amateur. After a shower, it looked even worse. The crown was visibly crooked all around and one side of his hair was much shorter than the other, making his head look slanted and styling difficult. Fortunately, he went back the very next day and had another employee fix it and apologize profusely for his coworker's mistakes. The correction was made free of charge, but the employee who had cut his hair the day before did not even acknowledge his return or take accountability for her work. For those who aren't in the know, this place is a real gem, but beware the carelessness of one of their employees (if you have the misfortune of sitting in her chair). It may tarnish your experience and you may end up with a really unfortunate 'do.
