Best thing to do is for everyone to call the company for which the charge appeared on the statement.
For example when I called sun wing and I saw the bogus charge, they told me Paul from triworld booked it. So if everyone else could do that too at least this way we can prove the whole damn office was in on it.
Make sure when you see your statement charge there is a number. With air canada there is ref number on the charge.
