That's it, I'm so over this place. The doctor I loved has retired. I put up with the staff in this poorly run office because I liked my doctor. He was also frustrated with the staff here! My new doctor isn't bad but isn't great either. I've decided to change facilities solely based on the complete laziness and incompetence of he office staff. For example, I've NEVER been able to call and speak to an actual person within 48 hours. Have questions? Be prepared to wait, standing at a pharmacy to get meds filled and they have a question for your doctor? Yep, you guessed it, not going to happen for 48-72 hours. I've made countless (10-20) trips across town to walk in person to ask the simplest of questions. Like, forgot when my appt is, could you remind me? Drive 15 min to ask. All while 4-5 office staff sitting around chatting. None of them can answer a phone. No apologies for wasting your time, so self absorbed and rude. Your only option is to leave a voice mail and hope for the best. I have dozens of examples. All this place does now is raise my anxiety levels. Please save yourself the frustration! There are too many good doctors to choose from in the valley to have to deal with the headaches these doctors at metro come with. And after speaking with the office manager I can see clearly why this office is so unapologetic for being inept and rude. In my opinion, place should be avoided if you care about your health, your time, or want to be respected as a patient
