In this day & age when bookstores are in financial trouble (can buy a used book , which are just as good as new, on amazon for .99 cents) , u would think they would try harder to appeal to customer service. Was in store the other day & the men's room was an abomination . It looked like the men's room at a football stadium during homecoming: toilet paper on floor in stalls, hand towels all over the floor & in sinks; toilets unflushed. One sink had all black soot in it like someone lit something on fire & left the ashes in the sink. Floor was filthy; didn't even want to walk in there.
