This place is a total rip off. I should have read the reviews first. They dont have any compassion for your pet. My elderly dog of 17 years is suffering from a heart murmur with a very severe cough that is constant and in pain. They gave us the name of the medicine he needed to take but they never gave us the actual prescription. When we asked for it since they failed to give it to us , they gave all kind of excuses that we have to wait till the doctor comes back from their time off. Meanwhile if we need a prescription they said we need to have our dog be RE-EXAMINED by another doctor if we need the prescription right away. Another $107 visit. Not to mention the script they wrote is for a very expensive meds that is over $200.Meanwhile my little dog has to suffer till the doctor decides to show up for work , whenever that is. God forbid the doctor doesn't decide to take a sick day or or quits because NO other doctor in the same office can help with writing a prescription. Unless you pay that doctor another visit fee. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You risk your pet's lives in the hands of an insensitive greedy corporate monsters !! Their motto should be "Profits up, pets down" !
