I wish I could rate this place a "0." The Banksville location ripped one of my shirts (end of August), then after bringing it in and giving them a second chance they ripped two more of my shirts (beginning of September). I've been in contact with the manager, Bob, since September and he kept telling me the owner is "working on it" in regards to how she'll handle my 3 shirts ($79.95/shirt). Just called today and they aren't doing anything about it. Two of three shirts were brand new. I've been a customer for almost 2 years - averaging $30 every 3 weeks - and this experience is unacceptable. The store owner is terrible and never reached out to me ONCE. Not ONCE! Garbage company.
