OMG...I am so sorry I bought this groupon for Lipo Laser....For one thing this girl has more issues that happen to her than anyone I have ever seen.....I have only been to have this procedure done 3 times but was scheduled for probably 15 sessions...which were either rescheduled or cancelled ( by the way...it never worked!)
This girl has had the following things happen to her in just a few short weeks and had to cancel my appt. 1. I am on the other side of town and can't possibly make it back to the shop 2. I am super sick 3. We are having problems with our computer system 4. I am being rushed to the hospital... This next one was a whopper....5. My brother in law has been in a horrible accident and I do not know how long I will be out ...I can refund you if you want.....UH DUH! I am beyond irritated! Also I never heard anything else from her and I am currently trying to get a refund which I doubt I will receive! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.....Dreadful business practices and not impressed with the customer service at all! DO NOT GO HERE!
