First and for most this company is very friendly and very prompt.....it is nice that they come 24 hours a day but trust me they charge you for it. I called them and they told me $50 service fee and they would be there in 2 hours. First thought wonderful.... They get there and he gives me a quote of $450 to repair my garage springs. I left the room because I felt this price was very high, I called around and found 5 different company's all ready and willing to do the same job for less than 250!. I asked the guy if he could match the price and he said no so I paid the $50 and sent him on his way. I think this company just likes there service fee.
