Consistently TERRIBLE customer service at the sales desk. The old Portuguese man behaves like an immature child, barking and offering no assistance when needed (his job), argumentative, and unpleasant. The Asian front desk attendant is equally grouchy and not helpful. They are furious when customers don't know exactly what they want. Even electricians they show no patience nor customer service skill or even basic manners. and I choose to go out of my way to shop at different stores. The only positive is the nice lady at the payment terminal who is forced to apologize for the ogres up front. Hopefully the owners read this and either train or fire the frontline staff. There's too many other options for customers -- no need to put up with ignorant and horrible customer service from a business.
