I just moved here where we didn't have Giant Eagles and didn't realize that I had to get a card to get the inflated sales price.
The line was so long and slow in the middle of the day, I watched my food defrost in line. I could have butchered the cow and cooked dinner faster.
The cashier politely told me to head to the Customer Service counter and they would get me a card and refund the difference. I waited for a solid 7 minutes at the desk while 2 employees discussed the schedule and what days who needed off, etc. All while my food was defrosting.....
