I personally did not come here for an Audi. However I went with my boyfriend and his mother since their lease with the BMW dealership of Las Vegas was up and let me just tell you: Best customer service EVER. We came to this dealership because the BMW of Las Vegas dealership are full of rude and incompetent people. When we first arrived we were warmly greeted by the sales manager (I wish I remembered his name). Then he set us up with a salesman, Ryan Youngblood. Ryan was the best dealership employee we ever had the pleasure of knowing! He worked with us throughout the ENTIRE day until we were happy, even skipping his lunch break without complaining (literally from 3pm-10pm - dealership closed at 9pm). He was always so nice and even took his time to explain every individual button on the Audi S3 (the car my boyfriend ended up purchasing). He even showed us youtube videos and let us test drive any Audi we wanted with absolutely NO hesitation (BMW would always give us trouble if we wanted to test drive). If you want a reliable salesman who will do his very best to make sure you get the BEST deal possible for you, I assure you Ryan will not disappoint you! We are very happy and will definitely be back. Thank you, Ryan!
