This was the first place I ever had Japanese curry. I ordered the chicken katsu curry with a croquette and cheese, spice level 10. I really enjoyed the flavours much more than Thai curry. The curry itself had nice spices and the cheese complemented it well. The level 10 was a little spicy, but I could definitely use a bit more kick. The chicken katsu looked amazing and tasted much like how it looked. The croquette was merely ok to me, so I'll probably skip that next time.
Service was quick and my water never got more than half empty. Prices were fair, I think it was just under $25 for my friend and I. I'll definitely be back the next time I get a curry craving.
