If you can't afford a pet and the hospital visits, DON'T GET A PET!
That seems to be what the negative reviews are on here and what this place actually does is give you honest statements. We brought our cat down who had been to multiple animal hospitals about the swelling in his head and we were told it was a respiratory infection, then an eye infection. Turned out it was a cancer tumor and the doctor at this place called it out right away. She did not give a price on how much surgery was or how much it was to put him down but she gave us the two options. Doctors don't give prices they give treatments and options. So I didn't expect her to give me those but when I went to the front desk to ask they gave me the price of putting him down. The tumor had grown too much and surgery was too risky at his age and stage of cancer.
When we made the decision to put him down the staff immediately became even more friendly and caring. They gave us as much time as we needed to spend the last few moments and offered us to feed him a treat one last time. My fiancée was even able to hold him as they put him down. After all that, a week or so later we received his ashes in a beautiful little box, with a couple sympathy pendants and prayer notes, and certificate.
About a week after that we received a signed card from the doctor and some staff that assisted give their sympathies for our loss. I was struck with how much they treated us even weeks after they saw us. It truly speaks volumes.
I won't take my pets anywhere else. Are they pricey? Yes, but they do offer monthly payment plans. And if you don't like the price they charge, read my opening sentence again.
