My girlfriend and I decided to try out Julian Serrano Tapas on a recent trip to Vegas. We ordered two waves of dishes. The first included the Serrano Tender, Rabo de Toro, and Shrimp Ceviche. The second included Stuffed Dates, Spicy Calamari, and Mushroom Risotto. All the food was above average but the first wave of dishes were exponentially better than the second. My favorite dish was the Serrano Tender and hers was Rabo de Toro. I'd love to go back and try some more of the menu as well as enjoy some repeat items.
