We ordered an air filter for my car online to be picked up in store. When we arrived the guy told us they didn't have any in stock and if we came back tomorrow he'd order it. He seemed nice enough and it wasn't really that big of a deal so we agreed. He also mentioned he didn't understand why the computer would allow us to buy something they didn't have. Fast forward to the next day. ... guess what? Still no air filter. And it's not like we went right when they opened. They said they would have it and didn't. We ended up going to a different location that actually had the right inventory. And go figure, it happened to be cheaper at the other location too.
