We could have done a better job ourselves. Wasn't impressed. Only one of the two groomers came to the door. She didn't smile, didn't introduce herself or try to shake my hand. Wasn't friendly at all, no eye contact. She made excuses about the matted fur right away. She also said she didn't want to blow dry him because she didn't want to freak him out.
Then I see a strange person chatting on the phone coming up to our house to plug in an extension cord...didn't say hello, didn't introduce, etc. Apparently that was the second groomer? They're being trusted with our baby but we did not feel comfortable at all. Overpriced as well...way overpriced. And to top it all off, his feet still smell like urine. One of reasons for getting him groomed was because of the urine smell from the place we adopted him from. His fur actually stinks. We won't use them again. Overall we're disappointed.
