While my experience with the challenge was good, I am disappointed in the follow-up after is disappointing, almost like they are avoiding me. Can't believe I did it... I have lost over 40 lbs and couldn't have done it without the support of this group. I had put on a "few" extra pounds and just couldn't get started back to a good routine of diet and exercise and this totally did that for me. No it wasn't fun to drag my butt out of bed at 4:30 in the morning and meet up with the group but I did and it has totally paid off. I am stronger than I have been in a long time and it feels GOOD.
