The biggest and only mall that serves the Phoenix area located here. It's a definitely a nice area for young adults or singles!
The area is LIVELY and people everywhere! Bright lights decor along the canal.
It's a walking/ biking friendly/ jogging area! You have Lime Bikes for rentals. A bike path separated for all for the avid cyclists.
