This is the worst Ford dealership in the valley. My dad passed away and Ford credit said we had 60 days to turn in the car since he was the only one on the loan. Ford credit sent us a letter saying "take your car to the dealership you bought it at or the nearest Ford dealership." We get this Ford dealership and the financial manager refused to take the car. After we argued for about 10 minutes he closed is his office door and I'm assuming talked to someone else. He then sent out an employee say "we are going to help you out and take the car." Your helping me out?!? You mean your following the policy that you should of been following all along. They finally ended up taking the car, but refuse to fill out the paperwork that Ford credit sent over and refused to give me anything in writing saying they had the car. Thanks for making an already stressful situation a million times harder! I will never buy from this Ford!!
