So I am a HUGE fan of port of subs sandwiches. The taste is great! But the staff here is so bad to be completely blunt. I've been to other locations and the service is spot on.. but for some reason at this location the staff seems miserable, not friendly by any means, and my sandwich is prepared sloppily. And every time I come by it gets worse. This isn't about EVERY worker. Every time I'm helped by Kayla I get great service. But everyone else is extremely rude and I'm sick of it. My message to management: keep your staff in check! The good product isn't enough to keep me coming here anymore.. disappointing
