I purchased a groupon on 6-8-12 for my husband to get his car detailed for father's day. It quite a few weeks to get an appt. I left voice mail messages and didn't hear back so I started texting the guy. I finally got an appt but then the morning of the appt the guy called to cancel bc he was in Henderson and said it was going to rain where I am in North Las Vegas. Of course, it didn't rain that day and the weather report said it wasn't going to. Anyway, I texted to set up another appt and finally got one 8-18-12 at 9 am. The morning of the appt the guy never showed up. I called and left a message to find out where he was and I got no return phone call. This business is a joke. I was able to get my money refunded through groupon and I would never do business with these people again.
