There are always issues when I travel with Delta. On this last trip my plane to Charleston was experiencing issues with the engine, so before take-off (thank God) we were asked to leave the plane and try to get on the next flight. It was mayhem with people trying to get on the next flight. On my way to Toronto from Atlanta, they changed the gate at the last minute. If you have ever been to the Atlanta airport you would know how huge it is! So having to go from one gate to the next is a workout in itself. The one thing about Delta that I have been happy with has been their staff. The pilots, flight attendants and ground crew have been phenomenal. Most of the time what happens with Delta (eg., gate changes) is out of their control, but they handle the pressure well. Because of the staff I will continue to fly with Delta.
