We stopped in for a few drinks while we waited for some friends for a dinner reservation. Friends showed up and each had a drink. Bill came to +/- $88.00. Gave the waitress my Visa to pay the bill. Left for our dinner reservation. A few days later, after we had returned home, I was on the computer on the credit card website as I was logging charges because this was a business trip. To my surprise, I had several charges to the Lobby Bar totaling well over $220.00. This is not good....especially for a place like this. The MGM Grand Lobby Bar?? I never would have expected this. I called and asked for the manager of the bar. He wasn't available so I spoke with John....I don't know who he was but he said he would give the message to the manager. They did call back and tell me they were looking into it. Two days later they called and said it was taken care of. I checked my Visa on line and it was. They didn't actually seem to shocked by this. They never asked for the name of the waitress. That made me feel like this is business as usual. On a positive note, the drinks were good but there are a lot of other choices for booze in Vegas. Next time I will find another.
