We had my son in for eye exam, contacts and find new glasses. We also wanted to ensure they could offer contacts to my son ho will be playing football and the googles we had ( from another eye place) did not work as the fogged up when he sweated. I had told this to the appointment setter by phone but was told when we got there it was not scheduled but I could have 30 mins to see if my son could put them on and off. I certainly appreciated being able to get this done same day .
Ashley was very patient in helping my son with his first time experience with contacts. Ashley kept encouraging my son even when I became stressed due to being pressed for time by the other staff. ( to be fair we went well over the 30 mins) Ashley made my son feel at ease and made him important while in the chair.
