So I placed an order for a Cannon MX922 that was on sale on line & hauled balls across town to this location after work in traffic to be told that they didn't have the printer I ordered. I was told that I should have received an email that they didn't have it. I was like well if I did I hadn't had a chance to read it. This was to the male manager on duty. He didn't offer to help me find the closest location that may have it. I had to ask the young lady behind the counter after he abruptly left me standing there. She looked in the system & then called the closest to the store to confirm but it was in the NE valley so I said no thanks & left empty handed after driving 40 minutes in traffic. So bummed. So I called Best Buy from cell in the parking lot & found it 10 minutes away from home. I asked them to hold one for me & they said sure & held one of the 8 they had at the time. I'm so disappointed in my experience & hope everyone learns from my mistake of trying to purchase a sale item from Office Max that it will only leave you empty handed with a bad taste in your mouth.
