Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did not do the tire rotation. I had to call them out to get the rotation done. Another time I was charged like $89 for a $24 oil change. I got reimbursed from my credit card company. I do not know if the credit card company ever got reimbursed. It was a hassle dealing with store management and credit card company off and on for like 6 months. I use them from time to time for coupon oil changes but verify that oil has been changed and tires rotated before I leave the lot.
