Maravilla is hopelessly disorganized. Suggest you look elsewhere. Beautiful on the outside, very disappointing if you actually live here. The buy-in is steep, so once you commit, it's tough to leave. Management isn't honorable so improvements don't get made. Ask for latest resident survey to learn what it's really like. (My father and his wife live here.)
