I needed roadside assistance for my 1999 Honda Accord. I contacted my insurance company since I have that convenient service on my plan. So my insurance company had selected them for the job. Well, I wish I had looked up the company on Yelp before I waited over an hour. These people lied to my insurance company telling them that they called me and could not reach me. They told my insurance company they could not find me. My insurance company told me they had exact location information and that I have been waiting. I was never contacted by their driver, and they did not ever reach out to my insurance company and tell them they could not find me!! After I waited and contacted my insurance company, they were the ones that had to call and track the driver down. Never bothered to update my insurance company or anything! Basically they lied to my insurance company! They are not dependable, do not use this service. If your insurance company is using them for roadside assistance or if you looked them up on your own beware! Oh, my insurance company told me they were now on notice and would not be using them again!
