We tried this newly opened (about 2 months) spot that had pan roast. We've tried several pan roast spots in both Vegas and LA/OC. Can't help but compare them all to Oyster Bar in Palace Station. Here's the breakdown:
Pros:
No wait!!!!
Big chunks of lobsters in pan roast
Complimentary Fried Potato Chips
Other main dishes like Lobster Roll
Cons (If I had to be picky):
Pan Roast base was good and hit the spot even though it wasn't the same. It tasted more like a tomato base.
The staff was awesome so check them out guys!!! They really seemed to care how we liked it so I feel like they would be good with you feedback, if ever negative. Check out my photos also!
