There are several Thai Basil restaurants in metro-Phoenix, although they're not all necessarily part of the same chain. I've been to one in Phoenix, one in Tempe, and this one in Chandler, which I've been to most often because it's close to my house. I've had a good experience at every visit. Tonight we both ordered panang (peanut curry) with chicken and shared spring rolls as an appetizer. The food was served quickly, and the waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Our entrées, served with a bowl of white rice for each, were tasty but spicier than usual. We both ordered medium spicy, but within a minute I started sweating and his nose started running. I know people who eat at Thai restaurants for the drenched-in-sweat experience, but that's not for me. Still, 5 stars because I know their medium spicy (normally) is medium spicy.
