Doctor Cool was the recommended company to fix our a/c issue. I called around 8am and they were able to give me a time slot between 12-4. They were also kind enough to meet my request in having the tech call me when he was on his way. John called to tell me he was 10-15 minutes away. Being that kind of customer, I set my timer on the microwave for 15 minutes. It went off when he was 5 minutes into his diagnosis. Thankfully the issue was easily resolved, he had the part with him and he was in & out within 30 minutes. He did a great job, identified & fixed the issue - was very professional. Would absolutely use them again, but I sure hope I never need to in the summertime!
