I used to go to San Remo Bakery years ago while in school at Humber College. I recently moved back to the area and began to frequent it again. The food has always been delicious but I have to say in the recent months I have had the absolute worst customer service experiences. The staff have been rude, either not acknowledging the customer or acting as if they are doing you a favour. When innocent mistakes have occurred there has been little understanding and they have been rude and insulting. For now, I am taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other establishments that treat their customers with courtesy and respect.
