This place is a Nightmare
They just started doing eyelash extensions had add for 50 full set/10fill within few weeks and to first few people free eyebrow wax, never got it
Anyway made appt for 1pm, she called said 2pm I said OK and nobody was there doors where locked waited in my car she showed at 2:36
Small clean quiet office she had no before and after pictures so I showed her pictures n my phone what I wanted she said no issue and she started took like over 2hrs eyes burned, watered, I could not go to work had to stay home that evening.
In the morning noticed how horrible they where they had huge gaps/clumps etc and this was my first experience so I called her and she offered to fix them
Round 2.
Went back she added to fill the missing gaps and overlapped lashes took like90m
She did use another glue that did not sting/swell my eyes and had no smell she said was a great brand and will use for now on..
Next day they where falling everywhere as I had to now apply mascara to help they stay together and they where already twisting every way possible and few just came out..
I called week n half latter for a fill and ended up going to there other location new lady and she seemed more like she knew what she was doing I thought..
She said they where so bad she wanted to just remove them and start new, but I did not have time and she added more to the spider veins is what people stated they looked like and she did remove a few so had more spider veins sticking out.
We scheduled for new start which I said fine..
Again another location no where near me,
She removed old set, I told her and showed her what I wanted and after more hours put into all this she was done showed me in mirror I was not happy and did not want to be rude tipped her and left.
Now I was feed up with the entire thing and called to ask her next day to please just remove them, she got rude said $50 and I had it just hung up and called another place to remove them.
Long story short or is it?
These girls obviously do not have experience at all and trust me it showed.
I have pics to prove.
I do not recommended anyone to waste there time/money here.
Go to a professional as in long run I did and have absolutely no issues and they did exactly what I wanted and they look great.
I would of paid this place to tell me upfront we are new and don't know what we are doing I would of paid there fee happy to know that and would of left and not said a word.
What a nightmare never again.
