Two weeks ago I went in to ride now Phoenix to look at wheels and tires for a 2016 RZR turbo that we were going to buy from another dealer. While I was talking to Chris in parts he had said why don't you talk to sales and see what they can do? I spoke with Ryan in sales and we went to the sales manager and he automatically beat the best price that I had already found by $500 (out the door price) and then we went back to talk to Chris in parts to see if they could beat the "other guys prices" and they did! We ended up getting a great deal on our 2016 RZR turbo and all the Accessories we wanted. I would like to point out that I needed to wait for my fiancé to get off work to finish up the paperwork for purchase and pretty much the whole sales team and Chris in parts (and the parts department manager) all stayed almost an hour and a half after they closed to make sure my fiancé could get there and go over everything! They didn't rush us or try to pressure us in anyway they just got us a great deal and we left very impressed! I have been going to ride now Phoenix since 2007 buying parts from Chris he has become one of the few people that I trust for parts for our toys and I have always had a good experience with him! And I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with the work that Ryan in sales put in to make the deal happen (he even came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of)... I will be going to them from now on for any major purchases of toys!
