My car had a fight with a telephone pole and lost. USAA referred me to Caliber Collision at first and since I had a horrible experience with them in El Paso TX (which shouldn't be surprising considering the city) I was leery of going to this one. Needless to say, my fears were put to rest by this place from the moment I walked in the door! Everyone was friendly and make the whole process of getting my car repaired as painless as possible. Dominique Lee was the person handling my car and I was called almost every other day to be given an update and when the estimated time of completion was, and also I was called as soon as my car was ready.
Thank you so much for changing my perception on Caliber Collision! I have also called USAA and given them my praise on this facility and their EXCELLENT customer service!
