Saw the PA Rich today and have to say I was very impressed with how thorough he was on explaining not only my medical condition, reason for diagnosis and treatment as well as preventative measures for reducing return. Additionally, he was very good at clarifying my question on when I should bring either myself or my family to urgent care vs. taking matters to primary care. He spoke to me like a normal person using a mixture of medical and non-medical terms, and doing so in a manner that was very understandable and logical.
Today's visit was refreshing for a medical visit and will definitely return.
