At least they tried. Bad experiences with t-mobile in general. This location doesn't have a specific machine they needed to accomplish the job so I was directed elsewhere. I asked why they weren't equipped with it to help their customers he said he doesn't know. I asked if there was someone I can call to make their job easier in the future by getting this machine. He said no, it was just never ordered for their location.
