Update: 1/23/17 I returned a week ago for brake repair issues that only the dealership could do on my Nissan Rogue. This time I had a much better experience thanks to Frank in service. The communication was outstanding and the repair was completed timely and satisfactory. It was a pleasure working with Frank. My car has been sitting at Nissan for 13 days and it still hasn't been repaired. The communication on behalf of the service department has been absolutely terrible. They just received warranty repair approval today but only because I followed up with the warranty company and with Nissan to make it happen. My service rep went on vacation at some point and did not pass my repair on to anyone else to follow up on. When I discovered this, another service rep promised he would follow up for me and communicate with me the next day (which was today) and I never heard from him. I will never take my car back to this Nissan dealership. I just want to warn all potential customers to follow up every day with your service rep because they will not communicate with you and your car may fall into the Nissan Autonation black hole!
