I ordered a pair of pants for a Christmas gift earlier this month. When the order came it was the wrong size. I called to see if I could exchange it for the correct size. Their customer service is fantastic! I was on the phone for less than 5 mins. They apologized for the mistake and inconvenience and replaced the order with the correct size and covered shipping and return costs. Six days later I still haven't received the replacement order. I called FedEx and turns out they lost my order somewhere in Kentucky. They wouldn't help me and told me I had to contact Duluth and have THEM call FedEx to remedy the situation. When I called Duluth they didn't even bother contacting FedEx which would have taken much longer. Instead they replaced my order once again right away and overnighted the package, again, free of cost even though the problem was not on their end. They have been EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating both times. Even though I had some issues receiving this order, mistakes happen and it was handled extremely well and was not stressful at all which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend them.
