I didn't even get in to see the doctor. I too was told about the $325 deductible when I walked in. Nothing prior. As I was filling out the paperwork the receptionist called my name to return my insurance card. I did not hear as I am deaf in my right ear and had 2 little boys having a very loud discussion about the fish tank right beside me. Tom who works in the office took it upon himself to yell my name out and embarass me. No he didn't know I was deaf in one ear but you should never act like that in a place of business. They could have waited til I brought the paperwork back up to hand me my card. Extremely rude of him. I'm only giving a star because I can't post without one
