I am a long-time customer here, one of my favorite sports bars in my local area. I feel bad not putting a review the last few times that I've been here, those should all be nothing but good reviews. This last time unfortunately was the worst ever. I'm thinking it may be because the employees were new but the owner I'm sure as hell would like to know how some of his employees work while he's not around. Been here so many times with the family but this time around we just weren't treated the same. I ordered wings was charged full price during happy hour and received 8 weeks. I asked when they change that, the waitress didn't say nothing and said I'll be right back. Long story short, came back and said I have two more Wings on the way. My son asked for a refill and the waitress said okay honey hang on just a second I will be right back. And she forgot. My son got his drink about 12 minutes later. I got my wings, two wings 10 minutes later. The way they apologized was not accepted wasn't even a real apology. They brought the two wings and said enjoy your wings. I asked for the tab and I, basically excluded the charge for the wings and only paid for wut we ate and drank. I forgot to exclude the extra Ranch that I ordered LOL. Anyway, we won't be back during the week. Horrible feeling after going thru all that and my son asking about his drink.
